Eventiva is a web-based event ticketing platform designed to solve the problem of insecure ticket transfers and resales by providing users with a safe, centralised solution. The platform enables users to purchase, manage, transfer, and resell event tickets without relying on risky third-party services. By integrating Stripe for payments and refunds, Kong as an API gateway, Gmail for email notifications, and a QR Code API for ticket generation, Eventiva delivers a seamless and trustworthy ticketing experience, giving attendees the flexibility to adapt to changing plans while keeping transactions secure.

Problem: Most ticketing platforms don’t support secure ticket transfers or resales, leaving users to rely on risky third-party platforms. This leads to uncertainty, reduces users' ability to adapt to changing plans and be prone to fraud.
The solution? Eventiva is a web-based event ticketing platform that enables users to purchase, manage, transfer, and resell event tickets swiftly and safely directly on the platform, providing ease in managing their tickets. With secure connection and collaboration with official platforms like Ticketmaster, security will be less of a concern.

Eventiva removes the stress and uncertainty of dealing with unverified resale platforms by offering a safe and transparent space to buy, transfer, or resell tickets directly. Customers can manage all their tickets in one place, receive timely email notifications, and trust that their payments and refunds are handled securely through Stripe. The purchase page guides customers through a clear, step-by-step process. From selecting their preferred ticket type, reviewing and confirming their order, completing payment securely via Stripe, to receiving a final confirmation upon successful purchase. This structured flow ensures customers always know where they are in the process, reducing confusion and making the ticket buying experience smooth and straightforward.
👤 Profile Page
The profile page serves as a personal hub where customers can manage all aspects of their Eventiva experience. This includes viewing and organizing their tickets, to initiating transfers to other users or listing tickets for resale. They can also update their account details, giving them full control over both their tickets and personal information in one convenient location.
